6.1. Refund Eligibility: A refund can be requested after 90 days of subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund, members must provide proof of submission to at least four companies within the job listings each month during the 90-day period.
6.2. Proof of Submission: Proof of submission can be in the form of an email confirmation of application or a rejection email from a company within our list. No refunds will be provided without this proof.
6.3. Employment Retention: Members must demonstrate that they were not able to retain employment with any of the companies within the 90-day period to qualify for a refund.
6.4. Refund Process: Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our customer support team. Upon verification of eligibility, a refund will be processed applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and La Bestia regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
7.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.3. Potential Harm: Unauthorized distribution of the Remote AI Jobs Listings can cause irreparable harm and monetary damages to La Bestia. Additionally, such distribution may expose La Bestia’s trade secrets, proprietary information, and business practices.
8.4. Legal Recourse: In the event of unauthorized distribution, La Bestia may pursue legal action to recover losses, including damages, and to protect its rights and interests. Violators may be subject to civil litigation and held liable for all associated costs and expenses.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and the incorporated Moneyback Policy. You further acknowledge that any unauthorized distribution of the Remote AI Jobs Listings is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action by La Bestia to enforce its rights and seek remedies for damages incurred.
